Texting Services (Web to Phone) CRM

Many customers prefer to communicate via text messaging. However, for a business owner to communicate via a cell phone with his customer is simply not practical. Therefore, JetCom provides our CRM customers a web chat portal. Businesses can use a page in the JetCom Resource Center to communicate with text messages to their customers. The system tells the user when a phone number is texting capable and sends the message to the customers cell phone with the businesses name in the “From” section.
